K. Mwale and Company was founded on 16 August 2019 by Katindo Mwale, a seasoned commercial lawyer with experience spanning corporate transactions, banking and finance, mining, and dispute resolution. From its establishment, the firm set out with a clear ambition: to build a world-class full-service law firm grounded in Zambia but capable of serving clients with regional and international legal needs.
